[New Year's Eve Special] Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

Every time I gain three pounds during the festive season, I made steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli to continue the Chinese New Year. I used the scallop shells I reserved before as decoration, and the effect looks pretty good.

Ingredients needed: vermicelli, fresh prawns, garlic and spring onions, scallop shells are purely for cooking

Condiments needed: Lee Kum Kee steamed fish with soy sauce, sugar

The cooking steps are mainly divided into the preparation of ingredients:

1. After the vermicelli has been soaked, cut it to five centimeters and pass it in boiling water;

2. Process the fresh shrimp, remove the shrimp shell, and pick the shrimp line;

3. Lay the scallop shells on the plate, put the vermicelli in the shell, and then spread the fresh shrimps. One scallop shell can hold about two shrimps and distribute them evenly;





Sauce Preparation (Picture 5): 
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic;
2. Put oil in the pot, heat it, add minced garlic, turn down the heat, add steamed soy sauce, a little sugar, and some water to make sure the minced garlic is not burnt;
3. Spread the fried sauce evenly in the prepared ingredients;
4. Cover the steaming plate with plastic wrap, make small holes, and steam in the steamer for ten minutes;
5. Sprinkle chopped green onion after the pot is out, and the parsley is done!

【年夜饭特辑】之蒜蓉粉丝蒸虾

每逢佳节胖三斤,今晚做了蒜蓉粉丝蒸虾继续过年,用之前保留的扇贝壳做装饰,看起来效果还不错。

需要的食材:粉丝,鲜虾,蒜和葱,扇贝壳纯粹用来作

需要的调料:李锦记蒸鱼豉油,糖

烹饪步骤主要分为食材准备:

1. 粉丝泡发后,剪短至五厘米,在沸水中过一下;

2. 处理鲜虾,去虾壳,挑虾线;

3. 在盘子里铺好扇贝壳,在壳内放上粉丝,之后再铺上鲜虾,一个扇贝壳大约可以装两只虾,均匀分布一下;





酱汁准备(图五): 
1. 葱和蒜切成末;
2. 在锅内放油,烧热后下蒜末,调小火,加入蒸鱼豉油,少许糖,再加一些清水,确保蒜末不被炒焦;
3. 将炒好的酱汁均匀撒在准备好的食材内;
4. 蒸盘敷上保鲜膜,扎小洞,在蒸锅内蒸十分钟即可;
5. 出锅后撒上葱花,香菜就完成啦!
