Different mutton burgers🍔 eat exotic flavors
Have you ever thought about making hamburger embryos with lamb? That day I copied it from the menu of the restaurant I ate at!
The burger embryo is made of Brioche Bun French bun, which is rich in milk and soft! Fry in butter before assembling.
The lamb embryo is salted, and the black pepper is not too seasoned, but a small piece of butter is wrapped in the center of the burger embryo. (It feels oily after frying)

不一样的羊肉汉堡🍔吃出异国风情
有没有想过用羊肉做成汉堡胚呢?那天我根据吃过的餐厅的菜单复刻了一下!
汉堡胚用的是Brioche Bun法式小面包奶香浓郁又松软!组装之前用黄油煎一下。
羊肉胚里加了盐,黑胡椒没有过多的调味,但是在汉堡胚中心裹了一小片黄油。(煎完让人感觉流油)
