If you don't have time to make breakfast, this Spicy Iron Egg is a great egg substitute. Although it is definitely not as healthy as boiled eggs, occasionally eating two is both satisfying and low in calories (two eggs with 140 calories).
Today, I was busy during the day, and I consumed 240 calories in 20 minutes of exercise. I came to my aunt in the afternoon, so I ate a lot more than planned in the evening... I can only wait for my aunt to finish and work hard~

【滴,打卡第2天】
没时间做早饭的话,图片这个辣味香铁蛋是非常好的鸡蛋替代品。虽然绝对没有水煮蛋健康,偶尔吃两个既解馋又低卡(140大卡两个蛋)。
今天白天时间紧张,运动20分钟共消耗240大卡。下午来大姨妈于是晚上吃得比计划多不少…只能等姨妈结束再努力啦~
