sushi rice replaced withbrown rice, and the amount was reduced twice. I feel that my appetite has become normal a little bit, happy!

吃的poke,高蛋白啊好开心好吃好吃!

三文鱼吞拿鱼蟹肉棒,海带玉米番茄,可能比较不合格的是热带水果芒果吧,糖分和热量都很高。

sushi rice 换成了brown rice,还减了两次的量。感觉自己的饭量一点点变正常了开心!
