# 燃烧卡路里大作战 # # 我的早餐打卡 # 滴,打卡第10天❤️ 买了算是粗粮的法棍🥖斜着切成厚片,双面都涂上黄油撒点蒜粉!用烤箱比较好但是省时间我直接用平底锅煎啦~ 牛油果🥑切成片摆到已经煎好的法棍上,厚片ham放在平底锅热一下摆在牛油果上面~ 小番茄我选用不同颜色的那种更有食欲,切成几段放在平底锅煎一下,皮皱皱的时候就可以出锅了,放在发昏的旁边,菜叶子切丝(自己喜欢的品种都可以),酱汁我用了美国mustard芥末籽➕盐🧂胡椒粉以及少许橄榄油和日本的煎培芝麻酱调成~(酱汁很随意的啦,看大家自己的喜好)❤️ 今天也是十分钟快手早餐🥣或者中餐晚餐都可以的啦嘻嘻😜
