Saw a lot of this restaurant in Tennessee in the past two days and decided to give it a try this morning. Its home itself is famous for its muffins. Whereas I personally thought the muffins were pretty average, with a hard texture and a weird aftertaste, the crepes were just fine. I ordered fresh fruit crepes. Although the calories are explosive and the taste is very sweet, it is really super delicious! The crepe itself is just right, the filling inside is cheesecake custard, because of the addition of cream cheese, it tastes very much like the filling of cheesecake. You can choose strawberry or mixed raspberry according to your own taste. My friend ordered Chicken waffles, which is fried chicken and waffles together. It seems to be a Tennessee specialty.
