Pancake 🥞 is the breakfast that few people don't like, right? There are many ways to do it. Today I want to share with you a version that my family loves with dried cranberries and yogurt. The photos were not very good, I took a few pictures with my mobile phone in a hurry, and forgot to charge the camera. 🙈 A normal muffin will have some syrup on top to make it sweeter. To balance the overall sweetness, I like to eat it with the slightly tart strawberries and blackberries. The standard syrup for muffins is maple syrup, but I personally prefer it with Kodiak Cakes brand fruit syrup. Kodiak Cakes are famous for their muffin mixes, but their syrup is also super delicious! I used the mixed berry flavor, which goes well with the matching fruit. I bought this big bottle at a discount at Costco for about $3 before, and it really fits. This recipe is enough for 2-3 people. <ingredients> - 1 cup milk/milk - 1/2 cup yogurt / Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup white sugar / granulated sugar - 2 eggs / eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract / vanilla extract - 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour / all purpose flour - 2 tsp baking powder / baking powder - 1 tsp table salt/salt <step> 1. Combine milk, yogurt, sugar and eggs, stir until there are basically no lumps. 2. Add flour little by little, stir until there are no lumps of flour, add baking powder and salt. 3. Melt a small amount of butter in a hot pan, add about half a cup of flour batter, add dried cranberries when bubbles form, turn over and fry for half a minute.

Yamiセレクション 松饼(Pancake)🥞是很少有人不喜欢的早餐吧?做法有很多,今天想和大家分享一个我家很爱吃的加了蔓越莓干和酸奶的版本。 照片拍的不怎么好,匆匆忙忙就用手机照了几张,忘记给相机充电了。🙈 一般的松饼会浇一些糖浆在顶上为了口感会甜。为了让整体的甜度平衡,我喜欢配合口味略酸的草莓和黑莓一起吃。 松饼的标配糖浆是枫糖浆,但我个人更喜欢搭配Kodiak Cakes牌的水果糖浆。Kodiak Cakes是因为他家的松饼预拌粉出名的,但是它们的糖浆也超好吃呢!我用的是mixed berry口味,正好和搭配的水果很配。这一大瓶我是之前在Costco打折花了$3左右买的,真的相当合适。 这份食谱用量可以供2-3人食用。 <食材> - 1 cup 牛奶/ milk - 1/2 cup 酸奶 / Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup 白砂糖 / granulated sugar - 2个鸡蛋 / eggs - 1 tsp 香草精 / vanilla extract - 1 1/2 cups 中筋面粉 / all purpose flour - 2 tsp 泡打粉 / baking powder - 1 tsp 食盐/ salt <步骤> 1. 混合牛奶,酸奶,白砂糖和鸡蛋,搅拌到基本没有结块。 2. 一点一点加入面粉,搅拌到没有面粉块,加泡打粉和食盐。 3. 热锅内融化少量黄油,加入半杯左右面粉糊,到起气泡后加入蔓越莓干,翻面再煎半分钟出锅。
