After January passed, I felt that my new flag of eating healthy was basically achieved last month. Except for the occasional improvement of meals or weekends, I eat very healthy most of the time this month. And keep going.
I've made lentil soup many times this month and it's delicious and easy to make.
<ingredients>
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic pressed into puree
- 1 onion chopped
- 3/4 cup lentils
- 1 celery, cut into small pieces
- bay leaves
- oregano
- vegetable soup or chicken soup
- ground cumin
<How to>
1. After the pan is hot, pour in a little olive oil, fry the garlic until fragrant, and add chopped onion. Add some salt and black pepper
2. Pour in 1 can of canned tomatoes, add lentils and celery.
3. Add bay leaves, oregano, appropriate amount of vegetable stock or chicken stock, and cumin powder. Simmer for at least 1 hour. Season with salt and black pepper before serving.

一月过去后,感觉自己新年立的要饮食健康的flag上个月基本达成。这个月除了偶尔改善伙食或者周末,大多数时间吃的还是非常健康。还要继续坚持呀。
这个月我做了很多次小扁豆汤,好吃又好做。
<食材>
- 1/2 Tbsp 橄榄油
- 1瓣蒜压成泥
- 1个洋葱切碎
- 3/4 cup 小扁豆
- 1根芹菜切小块
- 香叶
- 牛至
- 蔬菜汤或鸡汤
- 孜然粉
<做法>
1. 锅烧热后倒入少量橄榄油,炒香蒜泥,加入洋葱碎。加适量盐和黑胡椒
2. 倒入1罐罐装番茄,加入小扁豆和芹菜。
3. 加香叶,牛至,适量蔬菜汤或者鸡汤,和孜然粉。小火煮至少1个小时。出锅前加适量盐和黑胡椒调味。
