煮出Q爽弹牙的螺蛳粉











      哈咯哈咯,大家好。今天我想分享我自己平时会煮螺蛳粉的小招(配泊)。第一种,首先要先把未来得及泡好的米粉直接下锅煮十二到十五分钟(冷水下锅就好啦)。记得一定要在滚水之前把锅盖打开(你懂的),让其沸腾,中小火就好。然后把米粉沥干直接放进冷水里冲泡一到两分钟。重新放入冷水,并把腐竹和汤料包煮到快沸腾时加入剩下所有配料和冷的米粉。记得一沸腾就可关火,放点香菜就已经超级无敌美味啦。               








      第二种(Super方便),即使你不打算每天煮螺蛳粉也是可以把(好几包的)米粉干泡在水里,记得一定要放在冰箱里(不会坏掉)喔。突然有一天你想吃螺蛳粉就follow以下步骤:冷水放入腐皮,汤料包 和泡好的螺蛳粉煮十分钟左右(软度因人而异),接着把所有配料包一起放入沸腾即可关火加香菜(不能没有香菜君)。 






















      以上就是我的煮面心得。不过最近一个月几乎天天晚上吃螺蛳粉,第二种主面方法也是刚刚琢磨出来的,真心不要太方便啦!还有会再多买点腐竹放进去(本人超喜欢)。还可以把隔夜火锅打包的料放进去,当然汤就不要了。谢谢大家,请给个赞吧,希望你们也可以试试煮出Q爽弹牙的螺蛳粉,么么哒!
