🌸鱼香茄子🌸
之前在亚米买了好多李锦记的酱料包,会慢慢一个个尝试的~依次分享给大家~
今天要做的是鱼香茄子~😝
🍆首先把蒜蓉炒出蒜香~因为茄子会比较吸油,所以油要比炒其他的菜略多一些,但也不用多太多,因为茄子可以提前处理,下面会提
🍆然后把之前准备好的肉倒入锅中,加入点料酒,翻炒
🍆肉大概有7分熟的时候加入茄子,茄子之前被盐水腌过,所以吸的油量会少很多~不过之前放多了油的话也没关系,茄子多放点油很香~

🍆倒入酱料,颜色不够,老抽来凑~
翻炒均匀后,颜色还不错吧?!
🍆然后加入之前被遗忘的青椒~【尴尬又不失礼貌的微笑……然后可以加少量水淀粉,炖一会,大概8-10分钟吧
🍆加入葱花,再闷锅5分钟
