💖其实呢推荐褪黑素是因为之前熬夜 严重失眠 连续了两个月 个人内分泌严重紊乱~~~(大姨妈两个月来一次!)所以呢熬夜的后果是真的很严重  失眠对于身体也有巨大的损伤~然后在朋友的推荐下买了褪黑素(我买的Trade Joe的) 其实呢各大商场药房都有的 最出名的就是Nature Bounty的睡眠软糖 吃上去是酸酸甜甜的橙子味的软糖 但是其实是褪黑素 但是我个人害怕那种没什么用 就买的单纯的褪黑素 含量是3mg 不算很大的含量 有1mg和5mg的 可以根据自身条件选择~!!

褪黑素主要是可以帮助延缓衰老 改善睡眠 调节免疫!睡前半小时服用 效果是真的好 服用后10分钟就想睡觉了 可以帮助长期失眠的人 还有我这种内分泌失调的人~但是其实吃很小一段时间就好了 最好还是不要长期服用 是药三分毒嘛~都是需要注意的! 而且吧也是一款 帮助调节时差的好东西 这几天回国经常半夜2点就醒了 然后这两天就服用了点儿褪黑色 一觉睡到天亮真的很爽!!!



👉但是服用褪黑素也是要根据自身情况的 须了解注意事项

1、严格按照产品标识上规定的服用人群,服用剂量及服用时间服用。

2、不要迷信进口褪黑素产品~~褪黑素是一种保健食品 不论是国内或是国外进口的原料 只要质量标准合格 有卫生部批准的保健食品批准文号 都是合格的产品 其服用效果是相同的。

3、服用褪黑素不能同时服用阿司匹林 

4、服用褪黑素时最好不抽烟,因为吸烟能破坏褪黑素。同时也不能大量饮酒。

5、卫生部批准的褪黑素的保健功能只有改善睡眠功能,有关褪黑素其他保健功能的文献报道有待进一步验证

不适宜人群

褪黑素的确对改善睡眠、免疫调节方面有很好的作用,但是并非人人适用,服用不当适得其反。以下人群就要慎重服用褪黑素。
