Although it's not Chinese New Year, but as a carbohydrate lover, you can really eat glutinous rice every day.
The red bean rice cakes that Amway Yibo has made before are also super simple ingredients and methods, there is almost no failure rate! The point is that it is delicious!
Ingredients (refer to the kitchen, I slightly reduced the sugar): 1 egg, 15g vegetable oil , 100g milk , 60g brown/white sugar, 150g glutinous rice flour, honey Red beans 150g
Actually, in terms of color and efficacy, brown sugar is better. For people like me who don't have brown sugar at home, there is no problem with using white sugar, which can better highlight the aroma of red beans.
1. Beat eggs, add vegetable oil and stir until water and oil are mixed
2. Add milk and stir well, then add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves in milk
3. If glutinous rice flour is mixed into glutinous rice paste, and finally if honey red bean
(It's actually .. add them all in one by one and mix them evenly)
4. Put the mixed rice cake batter into the baking pan (the kind that is suitable for baking long toast)
5. Add in a preheated 180°C oven and bake for 40 minutes (the power of each oven is different, be careful not to burn it, you can bake it slowly at a lower temperature), you can poke it with a chopstick to see if it is cooked raw.
Then you're done!

【炸鸡厨房】用烤箱可以做出软糯的红豆年糕~
虽然不是过年,但是作为碳水化合物爱好者真的可以每天都吃糯米类的,麻薯啊年糕啊来者不拒~
安利一波之前做过的红豆年糕,同样又是超简单的食材和做法,几乎没有失败率!重点是好吃!
材料(参考下厨房,我稍微减了糖):鸡蛋一个,植物油15克 ,牛奶100克 ,红糖/白糖 60克 ,糯米粉150克,蜜红豆150g
其实按照颜色和功效来说的话红糖会比较好,像我这样家里没有红糖的用白砂糖也完全没有问题,这样更能突出红豆的香味。
1. 鸡蛋打散,加入植物油搅拌到水油混合
2. 加入牛奶搅拌均匀,再加入糖搅拌到糖融化在牛奶中
3. 假如糯米粉搅拌成糯米糊,最后假如蜜红豆
(对的其实就是..一个一个全部加进去搅拌均匀)
4. 把搅拌好的年糕糊放入烤盘(用来烤长条吐司那种比较合适)
5. 加入预热180°C的烤箱烤40分钟(每个烤箱功率不一样,小心看着不要糊了哦,可以低温一点慢慢烤),可以拿筷子戳一戳看看里面熟没熟。
然后就好啦!

一整个长这样~,这种外皮稍稍有点黄是刚刚好的,我很喜欢吃年糕的边边,因为脆脆的很好吃!
