Chicken Soup Xiao Long Bao

Most of the time eating buns will stick to the teeth. Does anyone have the same feeling? Then I found the chicken soup dumplings and fell in love with it❤️.... The feeling that the soup flows out of your mouth when you bite into it is not too good! The umami taste of a chicken soup, while solving the problem of sticky teeth😋



1️⃣Pork mince120gram, a teaspoon of rice wine, pepper1/4tsp, a teaspoon of soy sauce, salt1/3tsp, sugar1/4tsp, sesame oil1/4tsp, one tablespoon of ground ginger (you can add minced ginger)




2️⃣Join200 ml chicken broth (I like juicy), stir in the same direction (ps If you like it more sweet, you can add chopped , because I didn't buy it at home and I'm lazy, so.....hee hee)



3️⃣Flour100 grams, vegetable oil1tablespoon, lukewarm water60ml (approximately158-176Fahrenheit) and knead into a dough. Then seal and let stand for half an hour to an hour



4️⃣Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it flat, and wrap it with minced meat



5️⃣After the water boils, put it in a steamer to steam10 A minute or so

鸡汤小笼包

大多时候吃包都会粘牙,有没有人有一样的感觉?然后发现了鸡汤小笼包这个东东,就爱上了❤️.... 一口咬进去汤汁在口里流出来的感觉,简直不要太好了!一口鸡汤的鲜味,同时又解决了粘牙的问题😋



1️⃣猪肉碎120克,米酒一茶匙,胡椒粉1/4茶匙,生抽一茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,糖1/4茶匙,麻油1/4茶匙,姜粉一汤匙(可以放姜末)




2️⃣加入200毫升鸡汤(我喜欢多汁的),顺同一方向搅拌均匀(p.s. 喜欢更清甜的可以加切碎的白菜粒,因为家里没买,而我又懒,所以.....嘻嘻)



3️⃣面粉100克,菜油1汤匙,温水60毫升(大约158-176华氏度之间),搓成面团。然后密封静置半小时至一小时



4️⃣将面团分成同等份的小面团,擀扁,加入肉馅包起来



5️⃣水烧开后,放入蒸笼蒸10分钟左右就行啦


新鲜出炉最好味!变胖也值得....😂
