Mixed Noodles (Peanut Butter)

Wandering overseas, it is inevitable to feel nostalgia.

I have left my hometown since I was a child, but I still have my own hometown flavor.

If you can't find the taste of the deity, then you need to know a substitute.



Noodles are the taste of my hometown since I was a child. (Shaxian snacks?)

Similar seasonings have been found far overseas.


The surface can be selected: oil surface, round surface, wide surface.



Seasoning sauce: a little salt, a teaspoon of soy sauce, appropriate amount of pepper, sesame oil/Sesame Oil/Seed oil.



And most importantly, peanut butter. 🥜



Place the seasoning on a plate and add less than a spoonful (15ml) of water, dilute the sauce.



Add the cooked, p0 noodles, and stir immediately. To keep the sauce from drying out. If it doesn't mix, add a little more water.





You can add ingredients such as gherkins to make a peanut butter-flavored jajang noodles.

You can also join wanton.

拌面(花生酱)

漂泊在海外,难免有乡愁。

从小就离家乡,也还是有自己的家乡味。

尽然找不到本尊的味道,那就要相识的替代品啦。



拌面就是我从小的家乡味。(沙县小吃?)

在遥远的海外就发现了类似的调味。


面可以选择:油面,圆面,宽面。



调味酱:盐巴少许,酱油一小匙,胡椒粉适量,蔴油/麻油/香油。



以及最重要的花生酱。🥜



把调料放入盘中然后加入少于一匙(15ml)的水,把酱料调开稀释。



加入煮好膨胀的面,然后立马拌开。免得酱料变干。如果拌不开就再加少许的水。





可以加入小黄瓜等配料变成花生酱口味的炸酱面。

也可以加入云吞哦。

PS我就特别喜欢拌面里面出现属于另一盘的料(扁食/云吞)
