Today I'm talking about chicken wings stew pot~~~ It's similar to Huang Ji Huang's three-juice stew pot, it's delicious
I made almost all dishes for the first time The main reference is the lower kitchen It is quite successful XD

The first is the ingredients and seasonings:
Chicken wing neutralization and chicken wing root
Carrots
Sweet potato
Potato
Carob
Onion
Green peppers
2 garlic
1 spoon of sugar
1 scoop of starch
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 spoons of soy sauce
2 spoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of soybean paste
Chili oil
Chili powder

Then the process:
The chicken wings are cut on both sides, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger and marinate for half an hour
Peel the garlic, cut the green peppers and onions into pieces, cut the beans short, and cut the other side dishes into strips
Adjust the sauce Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, starch and sugar in a ratio of 2:2:2:1:1 evenly
Mix all the veggies (including garlic) add a pinch of salt add chili powder (to personal taste) and oil and stir well like this

Put a piece of butter or no butter in a frying pan, then use a little more vegetable oil than usual for frying (chicken wings and chicken skin also have oil) Spread the side dishes on top of the chicken wings, add pepper and chili oil, cover the pan with a low heat Simmer for 12 minutes
The butter I used here was filtered from the surface of the beef bone and corn soup once. Put it in a small crisper and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate, and it turned into a butter block. It's very good~
Add the sauce after 12 minutes, spread the sauce prepared before evenly on the surface of the vegetables and chicken wings in the pot, then cover the pot and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Because the oil is enough, there is no need to add too much oil. Never add water. It will not stick to the pot~ There is water in the sauce. There is water in the vegetables and chicken.

叉叉这一年做过的美食——鸡翅焖锅
今天说鸡翅焖锅~~~和黄记煌三汁焖锅差不多 好好吃 这个是过年同学来家里聚餐的时候做的
我几乎所有菜都是第一次做 主要参考的是下厨房 都还算是挺成功的XD

首先是材料和调料:
鸡翅中和鸡翅根
胡萝卜
红薯
土豆
豆角
洋葱
青椒
蒜 2个
糖1勺
淀粉1勺
蚝油2勺
酱油2勺
番茄酱2勺
黄豆酱2勺
辣椒油
辣椒粉
胡椒粉
然后是过程:
鸡翅正反两面划口 加盐 料酒 生抽 姜腌制半小时
蒜剥皮 青椒洋葱切块 豆角切短 其他配菜都切成条状
调酱汁 把酱油蚝油番茄酱淀粉糖按2:2:2:1:1的比例混合均匀
混合所有配菜(包括蒜) 放少量盐 加辣椒粉(按个人口味)和油 搅拌均匀 像这样

拿平底锅 放上一块牛油或者黄油 都没有就用菜油 比平时炒菜多一点(鸡翅鸡皮也有油) 把配菜铺平 鸡翅码上面 再加上胡椒和辣椒油 盖上锅盖小火焖12分钟
这里我用的牛油 是有一次熬牛骨玉米汤表面滤出来的 放在小保鲜盒里扔冰箱冷藏就变成了一个牛油块 很不错~
十二分钟后加酱料 把之前调制的酱料均匀抹在锅里菜和鸡翅表面 然后盖锅盖继续焖十分钟 就可以出锅啦
因为油够所以不需要加过多油 千万不要加水 不会糊锅的~酱汁里有水分蔬菜和鸡肉里都有水分

上桌啦~~做好后我没拍照只有大合照 中间大碗里就是~旁边是茄汁大虾
