Last month I went to wriggling and decided to go to Chelsea market to eat local lobster. By the way, take a turn to the chelsea market. There are two floors in the market. The lobster is really big. It doesn't feel that noticeable on a plate.

It can be said to be super obvious when you hold it in your hand~The red lobster looks very appetizing~This is actually just a medium, and there are large, extra large, too large to eat. Don't dare to order.

There are a lot of people buying lobster, but the time to pay for the order is also very fast. At first I looked at just such a steamed lobster, and there was no domestic seasoning of garlic, vinegar, etc. I wondered whether it would be delicious. In fact, I think too much.

When you break it, it's all yellow paste, very fragrant. Because the lobster is ordinary steamed, no other seasonings are added, and the taste is very pure. With lemon to enhance the taste and then pour the melted hot butter, the entrance is smooth and Q-bounce, eating hot grass chicken is delicious~~

Eating lobster is like eating beef, you can take a big bite, it is also very refreshing.

The seafood here are all fresh seafood of the day, so the taste is very delicious. After ordering, the staff will heat the lobster, and then use a knife to help you crack the lobster shell, you can easily get the shell off off, and then you can enjoy it. When eating, you need to wear gloves to eat, the shell is still very hard so as not to hurt your hands. Because I don't have time to take a good shot with gloves on. After I finished eating, I took a picture with the tongs to see the mess.

I ate it after taking the photo lol. The meat of the tongs is really delicious, and the crunchy threads are distinct.

It's delicious, and I've never forgotten it.

【秀羊分享】Local Lobster in NYC Chelsea Market (1)

上个月去扭腰玩耍,决定的是去Chelsea market吃local lobster。顺便转一转chelsea market, market一共有两层,进去以后基本都是卖吃的的商家,还有一层是卖点别的,有农副产品。

local lobster就是店铺的名字,位置也很好找,进切尔西市场走一小会儿的右手边一家。这家店除了龙虾还有很多的oyster,clam,crab legs,刺身,寿司,吃了龙虾还吃了现开的海鲜。

很多的人来这里吃海鲜,全部都是站着吃。一个站位都都不好找,因为人好多!!

大龙虾真的是比较大了。放在盘子里感觉不是那么明显。

拿在手上可以说是超级明显了~红彤彤的龙虾看起来就很有食欲呢~这其实只是一个medium,还有large,extra large,太大都吃不完都不敢点。

买龙虾的人超多,不过买单的时间也很快,点了餐以后就在旁边等着叫号,还是很快的。开始看着就这么一个清蒸龙虾,也没国内的蒜啊醋啊什么的调味料还怀疑会不会好吃。事实上是我想太多了。

掰开全都是黄黄的膏,非常香。因为龙虾就是普通蒸熟的,没有加其他的调味料,味道非常纯正。配上柠檬提味再倒上融化的热热的黄油,入口顺滑Q弹,热热的吃着草鸡好吃啦~~~

吃龙虾像吃牛肉一样可以大口大口的咬,也是很爽。

这里的海鲜都是当天的新鲜的海鲜,所以味道非常鲜美,点了以后工作人员把龙虾热一热, 然后用刀帮你把龙虾壳敲开,你很轻松地就能把壳弄掉,然后可以大快朵颐了。吃的时候需要戴着手套吃,壳还是很硬的免得弄伤手。因为戴着手套都没空仔细拍一拍。吃完身子以后我拿着钳子拍了一个照,看看这一片狼藉。

拍完照我就把它吃掉了哈哈。钳子的肉真的好好吃,脆脆的丝丝分明。

很好吃,一直念念不忘。
