You can replace the white sugar with stevia, so you don’t have to worry about taking too much sugar (I’m sorry if you have acne-prone skin and love sweets), but this dish is my favorite. It tastes the best I've ever eaten with rock sugar.

I use balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar for the radish skin, just mix it with water and sugar, no need to put pepper and garlic (it tastes better with mature vinegar, there is no mature vinegar at home). The radish skin is very crispy, and it can be soaked for a long time without being too heavy. When I was a child, my mother soaked it and put it in the refrigerator. It is very appetizing to eat occasionally as a snack.

「炸雞廚房」簡單開胃的甜酸蘿蔔🥕一起燃燒卡路里

今天介紹一個簡單開胃而且熱量超低的泡菜😋

最近迷上吃泡菜的我每次去超市都要買一盒台式泡菜或者甜酸蘿蔔,但是$4.99/磅按照我這個吃法實在是好貴啊。

為了錢包我決定自己試著做,因為蘿蔔單價很便宜啊,$1.5可以買一袋胡蘿蔔,白蘿蔔也很便宜大個。處理捲心菜有點麻煩,我就先做甜酸蘿蔔試試味道🤣

胡蘿蔔和白蘿蔔切條。白蘿蔔皮不要扔喔可以切段拿來做糖醋蘿蔔皮。

都拿鹽醃一個小時之後拿白開水沖洗乾淨。

醬汁我是自己邊嚐邊調的,白醋和水我是1:1,之後加入適量白砂糖,攪拌到糖融化。我加了一點辣椒(隔壁美國超市沒有尖椒so我就放了點墨西哥辣椒🤣),還可以放蒜片來調味。 把沖洗乾淨的蘿蔔條放到醃汁裡面放至少一晚上就可以吃了🤩

🔅雖然泡菜熱量低但是也有很多糖分和鹽份,可以把白砂糖換成甜菊糖,這樣也不用擔心糖分攝入過多(痘痘肌又愛吃甜食的我表示很難過),不過這道菜我以前吃過加冰糖是味道最好的。

蘿蔔皮我用的是香醋代替白醋,跟水和糖混合就好了不需要放辣椒和蒜(其使用陳醋味道更好,家裡沒有陳醋)。蘿蔔皮口感是非常脆的,而且可以泡很久也不會味道太重,小時候媽媽都泡了放在冰箱,偶爾當零食吃還很開胃。

因為是昨天泡的,今天中午就吃上了,不輸超市😋😋

⚠️不過我這麼做的比例確實是比較酸,怕酸的寶寶記得水比例稍微多一點
