Drop ~ punch in the fifth day
Go to the gym while you lose weight fast in the past two days. After an hour of aerobics and abs torn, I feel exhausted.
Lunch and dinner: Chicken breast meatballs and seaweed soup, low-fat yogurt (this yogurt is really delicious and low in calories, highly recommended! I can drink this cup for a week, but a whole cup is only 440 calories, divided into daily That's sixty or seventy cards)
Lost 1.4 pounds today ~ happy! Keep it up, the next 130 pounds is just around the corner!

滴~打卡第五天
趁这两天减得快赶紧去健身房,一个小时有氧加上腹肌撕裂,感觉快累崩了
午餐和晚餐:鸡胸肉丸紫菜汤,低脂酸奶(这个酸奶真的超好喝而且卡路里还很低,强烈推荐!这样一杯我能喝一个星期,一整杯不过也才440卡,分到每天也就六七十卡)
今天掉了1.4磅~开心!继续保持,下130磅指日可待了!
