今天在家肥宅 吃了很多黑糖和红枣 和黑糖大枣
我还挺稀饭黑糖大枣的 推荐一下吧 Chinatown的香港超市发现的
口感跟阿胶蜜枣差不多吧 多了点黑糖味 我还挺稀饭的 而且优点是独立包装 吃的时候不会沾到手
希望下一个七天体重能有质的变化吧 flag不能白立 加油加油！
