Day 5 of breakfast punch!

Yesterday, I washed the white fungus and mung bean and soaked it for a day. This morning, I simmered it in the rice cooker for half an hour. It's simple and fast.
A bag of snow fungus is very big. I can break it into several pieces by eating a piece of snow fungus by myself. The quality is very good. I like to add maple syrup to the white fungus soup, it's a little bit healthier than honey and rock sugar~ The Martian's favorite sugar water
(I remembered that there are still a few Xinjiang jujubes that can be thrown in and cooked together, but the effect is not so good.)

昨天把银耳和绿豆洗干净泡了一天,今早电饭煲炖半小时就做好了,简单快手。
雪耳一包特别大,我一个人吃一块雪耳可以掰成好几瓣,质量特别好。我喜欢在银耳羹里加枫糖浆,稍稍比蜂蜜和冰糖健康那么一丢丢吧~降火星人最爱的糖水
(煮到一半想起还有几颗新疆大枣可以扔进去一起煮,但拍出来效果不是那么好)
