早餐打卡第五天!

昨天把银耳和绿豆洗干净泡了一天,今早电饭煲炖半小时就做好了,简单快手。
雪耳一包特别大,我一个人吃一块雪耳可以掰成好几瓣,质量特别好。我喜欢在银耳羹里加枫糖浆,稍稍比蜂蜜和冰糖健康那么一丢丢吧~降火星人最爱的糖水
(煮到一半想起还有几颗新疆大枣可以扔进去一起煮,但拍出来效果不是那么好)
