I bought a big bag of sweet potatoes with trembling hands 🍠, amazingly big!

手抖买了一大袋红薯🍠,惊人的大!
实在是吃不了了,来做小玛芬吧,没有添加糖份,都是红薯和水果甜!
味道感觉有点分层,但是因为几个食材在一起作为早餐或者零食很方便,还是蛮喜欢的。
做法也超级简单:
✨燕麦用almond milk泡软。
✨红薯蒸好,碾成泥。
预热烤箱360华氏。
✨玛芬烤盘上来,红薯泥铺底层,然后放泡软的燕麦。
✨上面铺上香蕉和蓝莓!
✨最后将蛋液洒上去就可以进烤箱了!
烤20分钟左右就可以了,我自己懒了一下,奶倒的太多,所以有些软了!
