Braised Chicken!
Ingredients: chicken thighs, dried peppers, rock sugar, dark soy sauce, green vegetables, green peppers, cooking wine, ginger (you can also put mushrooms and potatoes in other dishes you want to eat)
First marinate the chicken with cooking wine and ginger (I used chicken legs and chicken wings chopped into two pieces) for at least 20 minutes.
Then heat the pan with oil and put a few grains of rock sugar in it, and fry it on low heat until it turns candy.
Then put in the dried chili and fry it (because the dried chili is more fragrant and will taste delicious), put in the marinated chicken and fry for a while, then pour in boiling water, just under the chicken.
Then pour in some dark soy sauce for coloring (don't need to pour too much, just for coloring), cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes on medium-low heat.
Then turn on the fire and collect the juice. When the juice is about to be collected, pour in the cabbage and green peppers, stir-fry for a minute or two, and add some salt.
It's ready to cook!
