Yami 특선 # 年货好物种草指南 # 18. 台湾金然栈 白油肠。巨好吃!巨好吃!巨好吃!虽然Costco也卖,但是真的太多了,完全吃不完,还是买1袋这种比较方便。我本人其实是很不喜欢吃腊肠,我觉得那个腊肠的发酵味很奇怪……腊肉我可以吃。这款味道不像是腊肠,更像是没有羊肠衣外皮,偏干一点,汁水不多了廖大哥小烤肠,甜甜的特别好吃 。 那个包装上面写的是用水煮15分钟,我觉得不太对……打开包装切了一半放在锡纸上高压锅压了10分钟。出来的香肠肉都散开了,我吃煲仔饭时拿匙舀着吃的,省了我用刀切的麻烦。后来再做的时候就是拿平底锅直接煎,煎和蒸都能去掉不少的油分,煎的话余出来的油还可以煎鸡蛋啥的,很方便。
