只要有丰富的辅料,所有粉都可以是美味😝😝😝

给大家献丑了,没去过南宁,也没吃过老友粉,所以按做汤粉的方法加了自己爱的食材👻👻👻



Costco买的鸡肉肠特别多汁好吃,每次切个花刀煎一下放汤粉非常香🤤🤤🤤




煮粉就按照说明先煮掉粉水,然后和酱拌匀,最后用冲开水。

良心话,这配料和螺狮粉是没法比,但我并没发现这个酱有多难吃。和螺狮粉的酸笋不同,这个笋丝是豆豉酱味道和醋味混合,不辣。最后一个步骤加汤不能多,因为本身没有汤料包,太多水会让汤粉变的寡淡。

为了丰富口感,我还加了豆腐泡,香菜,葱,泰国小米椒,菌菇。
