Baked Chicken Feet with White Sesame and Salt - Black and White Cuisine
Last time, I bought two cans of cooked black and white sesame seeds. The quantity is large and convenient. Compared with the brand I bought before, this one is simply too fragrant. It is not bad at all. I am repurchasing it infinitely.
Today I introduce a casual snack, a simple version of salt-baked chicken feet, served with sesame oil and white sesame, which is super fragrant!
Materials: One pound of chicken feet, one bag of salt-baked powder, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of sesame oil, cooked white sesame seeds.
1. First blanch the chicken feet in water, then rinse with cold water.
2. Bring up another pot of water, add half a bag of salt baked powder, salt, then add chicken feet and cook for 15 minutes. You can put a little more salt, because the water will be poured out at the end, so it will not be very salty if you put more salt.
This is the cooked sesame seeds. The quantity is super large and the quality is very good. It is great for all kinds of desserts and dishes.
3. After cooking, take it out and let the chicken feet cool completely and become more elastic, and put it in a fresh-keeping box. , add a little sesame oil (not too much sesame oil will affect the overall taste), leaving half a bag of salt baked powder, white sesame seeds. After mixing, put it in the refrigerator to chill.
You can take it out when you want to eat it, and you can eat it while watching TV or something. Hahaha!

白芝麻盐焗凤爪—黑白料理之白篇
上次闪购买了两罐熟黑白芝麻,量大方便,比起以前买的牌子这款简直太香了完全没有坏的,无限回购中。
今天介绍一个休闲小零嘴,简易版盐焗凤爪,配上麻油和白芝麻超香!
材料:凤爪一磅,盐焗粉一袋,盐适量,麻油适量,熟白芝麻。
1. 首先把凤爪焯水,再冷水过一下冲洗干净。
2. 再起一锅水,加入半袋盐焗粉,盐,再放入凤爪煮15分钟。盐可以多放一点,因为最后这个水要倒掉的所以放多一些比较入味也不会很咸。
熟芝麻就是这款,量超级多而且质量很好,做各种甜点啊料理都很棒。
3.煮好之后拿出来过冷河让凤爪彻底冷却更有弹性,放到一个保鲜盒里。,加入一点麻油(不要太多了麻油味太重会影响整体味道),剩下半袋盐焗粉,白芝麻。拌匀之后放到冰箱冷藏。
想吃的时候拿出来就可以啦,看电视什么的啃着啃着就没啦哈哈哈!
