Removing dampness and whitening coix seed water for nourishing the body

First soak the barley in water overnight, I measured it, and the barley will double in size. I only used a quarter cup of barley here 

 

The most important step is to boil the barley water. I use a pressure cooker, but it can also be boiled in any pot. I added it here750ml of water, you can see that the coix seed has basically boiled and bloomed, the water is a little muddy and a little light yellow.  

 

In fact, it is difficult to drink barley water directly. . . It tasted weird, and later I found out that adding coconut milk while the barley water is still hot tastes great!  

The rich coconut milk can neutralize the strange smell of barley water, so it can have both taste and nutrition~ Kaisen~ 




 

The barley water mixed with coconut milk should be drunk as soon as possible. One reason is that the taste of barley water will be more obvious if it is cold, and another reason is that it will be more obvious after adding coconut water. Easily broken.  

I still have about three-quarters of the barley water left in the amount I used this time, and it was put in the refrigerator. Next time I want to drink it, just heat it directly, preferably a week Finished drinking.  

 

Don't waste the remaining coix seed after drinking the coix seed water, you can mix it with a little sugar and eat it~

养身之祛湿美白薏仁水

薏仁水相信大家都知道的,用薏仁熬出的汁水,可以促进新陈代谢,去水肿效果很好。薏仁水利尿,可以帮助排出体内多余的水分,所以也可以祛湿。其实亚米网上有冲泡型的薏仁水,不过如果你有时间的话,也可以在家自己煮哦~

 

首先将薏仁泡水隔夜,我量了一下,薏仁会变大一倍。这里我只用了四分之一杯的薏仁 

 

最重要的一步就是熬薏仁水了,我用的是高压锅,不过也可以用随便一个什么锅加水煮,我这里加了750毫升的水,你可以看到薏仁基本已经煮开花了,水有点浑,有点点浅黄。 

 

其实薏仁水直接喝的话很难喝。。。它的味道很怪,后来我发现趁薏仁水还热的时候加入椰汁味道就很不错! 

浓郁的椰汁可以中和掉薏仁水的怪味儿,就可以味觉和营养兼备了~开森~ 




 

混合了椰汁的薏仁水要尽快喝掉,一个原因是凉了的话薏仁水的味道又会比较明显,还有一个原因是放了椰汁后会比较容易坏掉。 

我这次用的量还剩了大概四分之三的薏仁水,被放到冰箱,下次要喝的时候直接加热一下就好了,最好一周内饮完。 

 

喝完薏仁水后剩下的薏仁也不要浪费哦,可以拌入一点白糖吃掉~
