夏天里最爱的除了火锅 当然也有清清淡淡的家常小菜~夏天吃多了油腻腻的东西 胃会比较难受 所以还是多吃一点儿"温柔" 清淡的素菜来解解腻啦!当然了吃饭炒菜不仅要注重膳食均衡 营养搭配 还要色香味俱全才会让人有食欲~


今天就想要教大家一款 好看又好吃的高颜值素菜小炒———木耳山药炒莴笋! 木耳的鲜嫩软加上莴笋的清爽翠绿 还有山药的薄脆 想不多吃几口都难!



首先需要准备食材:山药适量(切薄片) 莴笋适量(切薄片) 木耳适量(开水泡发 撕成小块) 蒜片适量
