Summer is hot.
If you can't buy freshly made barbecued pork, you can try DIY with Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce.
Material:
Pork chop, Lee Kum Kee char siew sauce, soy sauce, pepper.
Pickled:
Soy sauce, pepper and marinate for 10 minutes (or half a day).
Cook:
Heat oil in a pan and fry 2 sides of pork chops over high heat. (You can also cover the pot and simmer for a while)
While frying, I can take this time to prepare the sauce.
A spoonful of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce, half a bowl of water, and slowly stir well.
When the pork chops start to brown on both sides, pour the sauce in and let it drain slowly over medium heat. Sticky, coloured and tasty.
When the sauce is dry, you can take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
For easy entry, I like to use scissors to cut into strips, and the outside is tender and tender.
This recipe is really effortless and doesn't take a lot of time to make.
(Simple and delicious) Char Siew is ready.
Appreciation time. (Remember to add some toasted sesame seeds, it will be more fragrant).
Lee Kum Kee has a wide variety of sauces that can create a thousand and one dishes.
As long as I eat, I like to learn to cook and make my own taste.
Friends who like my dish remember to like and follow.
Thank you for watching.
