Summer BBQ Pork Dinner

Summer is hot.

If you can't buy freshly made barbecued pork, you can try DIY with Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce.

Material:
Pork chop, Lee Kum Kee char siew sauce, soy sauce, pepper.
Pickled:
Soy sauce, pepper and marinate for 10 minutes (or half a day).
Cook:
Heat oil in a pan and fry 2 sides of pork chops over high heat. (You can also cover the pot and simmer for a while)
While frying, I can take this time to prepare the sauce.
A spoonful of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce, half a bowl of water, and slowly stir well.
When the pork chops start to brown on both sides, pour the sauce in and let it drain slowly over medium heat. Sticky, coloured and tasty.
When the sauce is dry, you can take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
For easy entry, I like to use scissors to cut into strips, and the outside is tender and tender.
This recipe is really effortless and doesn't take a lot of time to make.

夏日叉烧的晚饭

夏日炎热。

买不到新鲜店里做的叉烧,可以试试自己用李锦记叉烧酱DIY.

材料:
猪排,李锦记叉烧酱,酱油,胡椒粉。
腌制:
酱油,胡椒均匀搅拌腌制10分钟(或半天都可以)。
烹调:
热锅倒油,大火煎熟猪排的2面。(也可以盖锅盖焖一下)
煎的时候,我来可以这段时间去调配酱料。
一勺李锦记叉烧酱,半碗水,慢慢搅拌均匀。
等猪排2面开始焦黄的时候,就把酱汁倒进去,中火慢慢让它收汁。黏稠,上色,入味。
酱汁收干就可以起锅,摆盘了。
我为了容易入口,我喜欢用剪刀剪成一条条,外焦嫩嫩。
这道菜做起来真的一点也不花功夫,也不需要花很多时间。
(简单又好吃的)叉烧就做好了。
