快手菜【土豆烧排骨】
今天想吃土豆 于是就买了排骨回来做一道快手菜❤️
排骨做法超级多,嫌麻烦的我做了最简单的一种😅
土豆的营养价值

具有和中养胃、健脾利湿、宽肠通便、补充营养、利水消肿、降糖降脂、美容养颜等作用,使营养很丰富的蔬菜,而且易被人体吸收。
所需材料
🌟土豆(红色土豆强推)
🌟排骨
🌟葱
🌟可以加蒜和姜(我们家小孩不喜欢所以没有加)
🌟如果喜欢辣的可以加些辣椒干
准备好就开始吧……
首先把排骨焯水备用!把土豆带皮切块(这种红土豆容易煮烂所以没有去皮)我可以说我吃土豆喜欢带皮吗🙈更有土豆味❤️
第一步先炒香
锅里加点油 把葱头 如果加蒜和姜和葱头一起入锅
翻炒片刻 加入排骨 加点鱼露调味(可以用其他调味料来代替鱼露)加点水盖上锅盖焖煮一会!
几分钟后.....
这时把土豆块加入,同时加入几粒冰糖、4⃣️勺酱油3⃣️勺蚝油和半碗水,翻炒均匀盖上锅盖中火焖煮约十分钟(每两分钟要翻炒一下,如果水不够可以在加多点一水,土豆吸水快)
十分钟后...
这时打开锅盖开大火准备收汁 加入葱段翻炒几下
(如果味道不够可以在加点酱油或其他调味料)
准备装盘😋
加碗米饭简直好吃的不得了😂😂😂
