Pho ❤️ Vietnamese Beef Pho
It's getting colder and get a hot bowl of Vietnamese beef pho!
For those who are lazy to go out, it is very easy to make them at home.
Stock Ingredients:
Ready-to-SellPhoSpice Braised Packages1/4Packageor your own pack
Cinnamon1root, cloves15capsules, strawberry1capsules, star anise2grass, fennel seeds1tablespoon, coriander seeds1tablespoon
Bone 2 lbs
Ginger 4-5slices
Large yellow onion1piece
Sugar Appropriate amount
Salt Appropriate amount
Appropriate amount of fish sauce
(Add sweet and salty according to personal preference)
6-Quart Wok. Water8full. Boil 1hour
Add your favorite side dishes and noodles to make a delicious beef noodle!

高湯材料:
現成賣的Pho香料滷包分成1/4包或自備料包
桂皮1根,丁香15粒,草果1顆,八角2粒,茴香子1大匙,芫荽子1大匙
牛骨 2 磅
薑 4-5片
大型黃洋蔥1顆
糖 適量
鹽 適量
魚露適量
(根據個人喜歡甜、鹹添加)
6-Quart 鐵鍋。水8分滿。熬1個小時
在加入自己喜歡的配菜及麵條就是好好吃的牛河粉了!
