我们的Boss 准备了特别多的肉,基本上被清光


冷的同时吃烧烤吃到撑也是很满足的!




🔥大冷天的选择户外烧烤也是可以的,晚上温度大概8


10度左右,还有微风....要不是围着烧烤坐一圈估计


会冻僵!


用了最原始的木炭,点火生火,用小风扇对着炉子使劲


吹,20分钟后勉强有点火星,再经过小哥哥用强壮的


肌肉手臂一直煽,终于火势变猛了!

要等碳完全烧红才能放入上去,不然肉会沾上碳的臭味

🔥这是烤五花肉!烤之前五花肉一大块需要洗净,然


后放料酒,姜葱,八角桂皮香叶盐下去跟五花肉一起


焯水,把五花肉的血腥味去掉。再下去烤特别香~


烤的时候可以看到肥肉滋滋的响,香喷喷!烤到皮变


硬变脆就可以吃啦,最好烤焦一点更香!肉烤出来不需


要蘸其他酱料就已经特别好吃,原汁原味五花肉!




🔥再来烤鱿鱼,烤鱿鱼跟烤肉有点不同,因为之前的


肉都会自己把油给榨出来,鱿鱼比较容易焦。所以需要


准备一大块牛油,一边烤一边往鱿鱼上面抹油。烤的时

🔥烤鸡翅!鸡翅也是先腌过一晚上才拿出来烤的


腌料:糖盐胡椒,酱油耗油,料酒,花椒八角等等


可是为了保持里面鲜嫩,所以鸡翅都是一大块中间没有


割开,所以烤的时候得烤很久,比较难熟透。


其实要是想烤得快的话可以在鸡翅中间割开几刀,也是


可以滴~
