『健康饮食打卡第5天』感覺這才是真正健康的一餐🤣 今天室友终于决定下厨啦,因为买了blue apron的食材,這些食材據說要50刀🙈買亞米都能包郵了! 買了兩種料理,但我看了其中一個並沒什麼食慾,就做了這個芝麻🐔配豆瓣醬拌飯。 意外的很麻煩啊還要洗菜切菜,醃肉,感覺花了錢完全不能省事🤨。味道還不錯,米飯加了豆瓣醬還蠻好吃的,不過上面的白菜出水太多了口感不怎麼樣,總體來說完全不值這個價錢🤣
