★滴,打卡第3天!瘦身虾炒饭

美味虾炒饭,听起来是不是觉得热量高高的食物呢


我个人觉得吧,减肥主要在于控制食量还有大量运动


本人不太推崇断食,绝食的减肥方法。


吃还是得按时照常吃,吃个6分饱,就可以了。


不吃饭的话短期减肥效果虽然明显,但是特别容易反弹


你也不可能长期不吃饭吧,这样对身体损耗是很大滴


不吃饭的话也容易伤胃,要是为了减肥把胃伤了可不好





好,这是我今天的食物→超简单瞎(虾)炒饭


这么多炒饭中其实用虾炒是最鲜最香的


1️⃣首先把冰鲜虾切丁,然后用小碗装起来,加入米酒


盐,白胡椒腌一小会儿。


追求速度的我等不及它解冻,直接放微波炉2分钟哈哈




2️⃣一丢丢培根切丁煎一下,只是为了增加炒饭的香


味,怕肥腻的小伙伴可以不加哈哈~




3️⃣把培根,饭,虾,蟹肉棒,全部丢进去炒~


其实可以放颗蛋,我家蛋刚好吃完我就没放了哈哈


看起来颜值很高是吧,炒的时候虾的香味就出来了!




4️⃣ 调味:盐,白胡椒,耗油....调味不需要很复


这样虾的原味才会出来。


撒上一点葱花,麻油,完美!喜欢吃香菜也可以加一点




色香味俱全的瞎炒饭就完成了!
