欧洲盲曹 这种鱼看似鲈鱼又像曹鱼
长得更像鲈鱼 其实鱼肉还是很嫩的
清蒸 煮汤 煮面都好好吃
懒人做法 清蒸 肚子划一刀 撑开在盘子里
放点姜 冷水上锅清蒸15-18分钟
我每次都要用竹筷插一下 插得下去说明熟了
这时就可以关火 撒点姜丝 再将自制得酱汁洒在鱼上
烧点热油一撒 就可以开吃啦
鱼肉很嫩也没有腥味 上桌没多久就剩骨头了
秘诀 我偷偷在酱汁里加了点糖 小孩子会更喜欢哦
