【秀羊厨房】麻婆豆腐
川菜代表之一的麻婆豆腐👇夏天吃很开胃!这两天羊有点食欲不振,做了麻婆豆腐,一扫光。
主料:
豆腐,牛肉末。
配料:
郫县豆瓣酱,姜末,蒜末,永川豆豉,青花椒,辣椒粉,花椒油,淀粉,老抽,黑胡椒,白糖。
豆腐切块,加入食盐,开水,浸泡一会儿,祛除豆腥味。👆是烫好的豆腐块儿。
热锅放油,油热炒香牛肉末,加入青花椒。
再加入豆瓣酱,豆豉,炒香。
放入蒜末姜末辣椒粉炒香。
加入适量清水。
放入豆腐,翻炒一会儿,倒入薄芡。
放入少许老抽调色,加盐,花椒油,胡椒粉,少许白糖调味。再翻炒一分钟。
再加入薄芡,翻炒一分钟。
再加入薄芡,翻炒均匀即可出锅。
👇撒上花椒粉!如果有蒜苗就更好啦~我没买到就没放。味道还是棒棒的~
