大曼菜谱【双味小酥肉】
给大家推荐一个解馋的好吃的,哈哈哈,昨天刚做的!今天写出来。
准备材料:
五花肉,面粉,糖,酱油,五香粉,白胡椒粉,鸡蛋,油
烹饪方法 :
1:五花肉切片,分两份。第一份加入糖,五香粉,白胡椒粉,鸡蛋。第二份加入糖,酱油,五香粉,白胡椒粉,鸡蛋。腌制15分钟。
2:腌好的五花肉加入鸡蛋,面粉搅拌均匀。
3:锅内放油,炸熟即可食用!
我超喜欢做砂锅的时候放点小酥肉,煮火锅的时候来小酥肉,喝酒的时候来点小酥肉,不要太潇洒咯!!
