日式鸡肉丸子锅
五个鸡腿肉剔骨去皮弄成肉糜,加蛋➕黑白胡椒➕盐➕姜末➕蒜末➕地瓜粉再捣啊捣啊捣啊捣成很弹很弹的鸡肉丸子(具体手法参考了王刚老师做鱼丸火锅的视频)
汤里加了味噌,白芝麻酱,香油,蒜末,鸡高汤,酱油,葱末和一丢丢不辣的豆瓣酱。没吃过的味道,冬天喝还蛮舒服的!没什么油也可以煮很多很多的蔬菜炒鸡棒!
