第一次吃蛇皮,拌了蒜末辣椒香菜和香油,加了切块的黄瓜。口感类同鱼皮但又不尽相同…有着更直傲的韧在里头,能嚼挺久,觉得像鱼皮多半是因为吃时颅内一样会产生“咔哧咔哧”的声响。
椒盐蛇要趁热吃外皮更酥,肉质紧实,扒拉着脊骨上的肉丝也香(毕竟是油炸的…);价格略贵我个人觉得没必要点,若真要吃可能会想尝试下豆酱焗的做法。
