不是四川人的我,第一次吃燃面就爱了🤩
也是因为这个体会到,为什么四川的朋友们对芽菜如此着迷。不得不说这些小小碎碎的芽菜,真是唤醒味蕾的灵魂一笔!
这个燃面料包里面的红油非常香,当然也够辣。面条是有点宽度的扁面,稍微煮一下然后过凉水就不会粘在一起。红油酱汁包裹着的面条,带着芽菜和黄豆粒,一口下去,再配一口冰啤酒…嗯,是夏天该有的样子😋
