每次看韓劇都會有吃飯都場景,而吃飯了免不了就有泡菜,讓人看了都讓人想吃了,鄉下地買不到好吃泡菜,於是就自己動手做吧~
韓國辣白菜(泡菜)做法:
1.大白菜洗乾淨,切塊狀,加入日晒鹽巴,醃自出水。
2. 製作糯米糊: 比例 糯米粉 1:4 熱開水均勻混合。
3. 蔥切段,白蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔切絲,用鹽醃自出水,把蘿蔔的水擠乾。
4.製作醃醬:把蒜頭,魚露,薑,放入食物果汁機打成泥 加入蝦醬跟辣椒粉,拌勻後加入糯米粉糊.蔥.跟蘿蔔絲放入拌一拌。
5. 大白菜醃製好, 把菜沖洗3次,把鹽洗掉。
6. 將之前調好的醃醬,跟醃好大白菜拌一拌,放入罐子內,在室外發酵5-6小時後,放到冰箱內,兩天後即可食用,想酸一點的可多放幾天在吃。
