❎说明上写要用沸水冲,结果根本冲不开,结了好多颗粒。
✅正确方法应该是把藕粉倒在碗里,加入少量冷水或温水搅匀化开,然后慢慢加入沸水搅拌,藕粉就变的粘稠➡️半透明。
用这个藕粉很做了桂花藕粉糖芋,香甜浓稠。夏天可以冰镇一下再吃,太好喝了。
