🌿亚米之喜上喜金华火腿做出来的腌笃鲜绝绝子!
🌿 冬天就想喝一口热乎乎的汤,鲜得掉眉毛的那一种汤,想想就流口水!所以这次在亚米买了喜上喜金华火腿,我就一直琢磨着想尝试做一回腌笃鲜!
🌿每次去上海餐馆都喜欢点这个好喝的腌笃鲜,应该也不算复杂!卷袖子就开干,没想到我第一次做的结果就是惊喜的,真的太鲜了太好喝了,非常非常好喝,一口气喝了两碗,真是每个毛孔都舒服死!一碗好喝的汤炖上四五个小时是值得的,慢火熬鲜汤!
🌿大概的步骤如下:
🌿1、火腿!放多少随心!这个喜上喜金华火腿质量很好,闻着就很香,切片时候看着颜色也是特别地道的火腿色,下次准备多囤一点!
🌿2、猪肉!应该是用小排,但是我家里只有带骨猪排,勉强可用,下次换小排应该更好喝!猪排切块焯水以后喜欢先煎一下再煮的可以先煎,我懒得,就焯水去血沫以后直接加清水煮了!加入生姜,葱,料酒和前面切好的火腿片一起炖!
🌿3、笋!当然新鲜的冬笋春笋最棒!懒人如我我用的是亚米买的云南笋片一袋,质量不错!我巨爱吃笋,所以放了整包!一样焯水去涩后加入汤锅一起炖!
🌿4、百叶结千张结!我买的大华的整张百页,划长条打个结很简单,也要先焯水去涩,等锅里的汤囤的七七八八再放百页结,再小火炖上一个小时就可以啦!
🌿做好的腌笃鲜真的非常非常棒!汤好喝,而且没有加任何外来调鲜的调料,完全原汁原味的食材本身的鲜香!肉好吃,笋特鲜,百叶结又软又有嚼劲,真的太满意了,以后准备常常喝!
