Seasoning for duck soup stewed with preserved raddish. A quite delicious soup dish in China, but surprisingly nowhere to find in any of the Chinese restaurants here. But great thing is the seasoning packs are available here pretty much all the time. Always have one in pantry in case I’m in the mood.
