我真的好爱这个酸辣粉,因为太好吃了!首先里面有辣油包、调味料包、陈醋包以及红薯粗粉包!里面总共介绍了两种吃法,一是开水煮红薯粗粉再拌各种调料,二是开水泡再拌酱。个人喜欢第一种,因为能把红薯粉很好地煮透,这样子煮出来的粉会恰到好处,软而带有一定的嚼劲!待红薯粉煮好,就可以捞起来开始按照个人喜好添加调料啦,我的建议是不要全都放!因为这样会太咸!
