# 2022双节快乐 #每次米饭蒸多吃不完,就会做饭团,快手方便又好吃!米饭这次加了一些亚米买的有机高粱米,提前浸泡一夜和一般的大米混合蒸,很容易熟。吃起来粒粒分明,特别有嚼感。
饭团制作:
熟米饭(加热一下),肉松,芝士碎,海苔碎,芝麻香油,混合均匀,模具压紧实一些。
表面再撒些海苔碎直接吃就很好吃了。
香煎:
喜欢香煎的可以用番茄酱、蚝油、生抽按1:1:1调个酱汁。
最后在饭团中间加一些芝士碎,压好后锅里烧油小火两面各煎3分钟。之后在表面刷上酱汁,煎1分钟出锅。盛盘后表面撒上亚米这个芝麻海苔碎。
吃起来外面焦脆,里面还有拉丝,超级香。
