I recently found out that there is lotus root on Yami. This is the sliced lotus root from Yumei brand.
Because I lived in the village, there was no Chinese super market here. However, I accidentally found lotus root from Yamibuy.
The pack of lotus root slices is 400g, vacuum packing, lotus root cut evenly, good quality. As instructed on the bag, after boiling in water for 3 minutes, it can be eaten. Great!
