This is the first time that I tried this type of soup noodle, which is called Shou Tao abalone chicken juice soup noodle. It is super delicious!
Bought from Yami, there are five packs for $5.99. In addition to noodles, there are abalone chicken soup powder packet and flavoured sauce packet. The cooking process is very simple, boil the noodles for 3 minutes and add the seasonings. Noodles are not fried, so healthier. It is similar to Vietnamese pho, very, very delicious!
