This is a Tom-Yum flavor rice noodle. There’s a lot of sachets inside the package, I like that they give a whole slice of dried lemon to add a fruity, fresh flavor to the dish. It’s quite spicy, I added coconut milk at the end, to enhance the creamy flavor, meanwhile it can reduce the spice level. The flavor of this one is quite unique among the other instant noodles I’ve tried.
